在课堂教学中,要充分秉承新课程倡导的“课堂中的人(教师、学生)、物(教室、教材)、环境等各要素相互依存,相互促进,协调合作,形成完美的教学生态,从而促使师生充分、和谐、持续发展”的理念,在充分发挥学生自主学习能力的同时,通过小组合作、分层教学让所有学生在平等和谐的学习氛围中完成学习内容,让所有学生都体会到成功的快乐,使每节课都成为和谐高效的课堂。文章通过苏教版小学信息技术教材上册《填充颜色》教学实例,反思构建和谐高效信息技术课堂的策略。
