利用ＹＴ１４刀具对齿轮钢２０ＣｒＭｎＴｉ进行切削试验，介绍了金属切削数据库的数据采集试验方法，获得了断屑多边形和刀具寿命模型，并对试验出现的问题进行了探讨
The cutting experiment of gear steel 20CrMnTi was carried out by using YT14 tool. The data acquisition test method of metal cutting database was introduced. The chip breaking polygons and tool life model were obtained, and the problems occurred in the experiment were discussed
