目的:通过对维C银翘颗粒制备工艺中薄荷油、连翘、荆芥挥发油吸附工艺的改进,达到改善颗粒可压性、解决压片裂片问题、提高片芯质量、改善糖衣片片面质量的目的。方法:采用轻质氧化镁、微粉硅胶、磷酸氢钙三种吸附剂分别对薄荷油、连翘、荆芥挥发油进行吸附,优选出既有良好吸附性,又具有良好流动性的吸附剂,然后再将该吸附剂吸油后的混合物料加入到其他颗粒中混匀,通过压片工序,考察采用该吸附剂所制得颗粒的可压性,最后再将素片包糖衣,通过观察糖衣片片面的外观质量,筛选出适合的吸附剂吸油工艺。结果:以轻质氧化镁作为吸附剂吸附挥发油后,颗粒的流动性、可压性最好,在压片过程中无裂片出现,素片质量符合包衣要求,保证了糖衣片片面质量。结论:以轻质氧化镁作为吸附剂吸附挥发油解决了颗粒压片裂片的问题,保证了糖衣片片面质量,且工艺稳定、可靠,适合工业化大生产。

Results: With light magnesium oxide adsorbed on the volatile oil, the fluidity and compressibility of the particles were the best. No cracks appeared during the tabletting process, and the quality of the tablets met the coating requirements, ensuring the one-sided quality of the coated tablets. Conclusion: Light magnesium oxide as sorbent absorbs volatile oil to solve the problem of pelletizing tablets, ensuring the quality of the surface of sugar-coated tablets, and the process is stable and reliable, suitable for large-scale industrial production.
