报告用功率52.2瓦的CO_2激光刀行脑肿瘤17例及椎管探查术16例。2～36个月的随访证明手术效果满意。表明CO_2激光刀有手术出血少、快速、较彻底、副损伤小及不易感染等优点,中功率CO_2激光刀在脑外科手术应用有广阔的前途。
Report with a power of 52.2 watts CO2 laser line brain tumor in 17 cases and 16 cases of spinal exploration. 2 to 36 months of follow-up showed satisfactory results. CO_2 laser knife shows less surgical bleeding, fast, more thorough, minor injury and difficult to infection and other advantages, medium power CO_2 laser knife in the surgical treatment of brain surgery has a bright future.
