子痫前期是妊娠期高血压疾病所特有的,起源于胎盘以广泛的孕产妇内皮功能障碍为特点的一个系统性综合征,至今其分子机制大部分仍是未知的。造成孕期胎盘血管形成异常的因素主要为高水平的抗血管生成因子、低水平促血管生成因子及两者调节失衡,血管生成调节失衡可能代表一个“最后共同通路”,并且是导致子痫前期临床特征性表现的原因。最新研究表明,多种微 RNA参与子痫前期,对胎盘血管形成起重要的调节作用。“,”Preeclampsia is a unique systemic syndrome during pregnancy hypertension ,which originates in the placenta with wide range of maternal endothelial dysfunction .Most of its molecular mechanism is still unknown so far.Factors leading to placenta abnormal angiogenesis during pregnancy are mainly high levels of anti-angiogenesis factors,low circulating blood levels of pro-angiogenic peptides and the imbalance between them.The angiogenesis imbalances may represent a “final common pathway”,and is responsible for the clini-cal characteristics of preeclampsia.The latest research shows that a variety of small RNA participate in pre-eclampsia,playing an important role in regulating the placenta angiogenesis.
