成书于清康熙年间的《广群芳谱》,其中有茶谱四卷,它比较广泛地收集了我国自晋朝以来的许多茶事活动和茶叶生产经验,因此该书有助于我们认识古代的茶事,而有些方面,还可作为今日之借鉴。兹就书中有关栽茶和采茶的纪载,作一番论述。一、茶树栽培 1.关于茶树的栽种广群芳谱(以下简称广茶)的《茶谱》在“种植”一节写道:“茶性恶水,宜肥地斜坡阴地走水处,用糠与焦土种之,每一圈可用六七十粒,覆土厚一寸,出时勿耘草,旱以米泔水
