如何吸引、留住人才是很多企业面临的难题,而人才问题的重点在于薪酬管理体系。合理的薪酬管理体系能降低企业的人员流失率,稳定企业人才队伍,进而促进企业的发展。本文首先提出如何建立竞争性薪酬水平,进而对薪酬控制进行了进一步思考,最后对我国薪酬控制战略的选择提出一些建议。
How to attract and retain talents is a difficult problem faced by many enterprises, and the focus of the talent problem lies in the compensation management system. A reasonable salary management system can reduce the turnover rate of enterprises, stabilize the enterprise talent team, and then promote the development of enterprises. This paper first proposes how to establish a competitive pay level, and then further consideration of pay control, and finally put forward some suggestions on the choice of our pay control strategy.
