总结、评价了目前水泥中方镁石的定量分析技术和方法。在此基础上,经过一系列试验,确定了水泥样品前处理有关参数,包括水泥细度、萃取剂的选择、萃取温度及时间等。针对配位滴定方法中指示剂变色不明显、无法有效确定滴定终点的问题,而采用原子吸收分光光度法测定水泥中的方镁石含量。优化后的方法经采用美国有证熟料标准物质验证,具有较好的准确度和精密度。不同水泥样品采用光谱纯方镁石加标回收,回收率在97.8%~102.4%之间。
Summarized and evaluated the quantitative analysis techniques and methods of periclase in cement. On this basis, after a series of experiments, the relevant parameters of cement sample pretreatment, including cement fineness, selection of extraction agent, extraction temperature and time were determined. For the coordination titration method indicator discoloration is not obvious, can not effectively determine the end point of titration, and the determination of periclase content in cement by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The optimized method is verified by using the American certified clinker reference material, which has better accuracy and precision. Spectral purity of different cement samples were spiked recovery, recovery between 97.8% ~ 102.4%.
