随着我国市场经济体制不断完善,企业对于人才的选用越来越规范化,人力资源管理已经成为当前企业发展的非常重要的一部分,不断保证企业人力资源管理能够有效提升企业的经济效益。党政人才管理与企业人力资源管理有着相同之处,加强对人才的管理,才能促进党政事业的发展,提高党政机关的办事效率,从而保证人民的根本利益,本文旨在通过分析企业人力资源管理存在的问题,发现党政人才管理存在的问题,借鉴企业人才管理的经验,加强党政人才的管理。
With the continuous improvement of the market economy system in our country, the selection of personnel by enterprises has become more and more standardized. Human resource management has become a very important part of the current enterprise development and the enterprise human resources management can be continuously guaranteed to effectively enhance the economic benefits of the enterprise. The management of the party and government talent has the sameities with the human resources management of the enterprise. Only by strengthening the management of the talents can we promote the development of the party and the government and improve the efficiency of the party and government organs so as to guarantee the people’s fundamental interests. Resource management problems, discover the problems existing in the management of party and government personnel, learn from the experience of enterprise talent management, and strengthen the management of party and government personnel.
