新课标提出了“运动参与”、“运动技能”、“心理健康”、“身体健康”和“社会适应”等新的目标领域,其中包含了水平目标和行为目标,对于广大教师来讲是一个充满新意又比较完整的目标体系。教师们在教学实践中对教学目标进行了积极地探索,主要集中在“如何依据课程标准的要求制定切实有效的体育课时教学目标,怎样在课堂教学中达成这些目标”等主要问题,同时在实践中也出现了教学目标与实际进行的课堂教学过程出现许多脱节的现象,造成部分课堂教学目标地无法达成,降低了目标的有效性。设置好教学目标,只是教学活动的第一步,只有按照有效教学的理论来精心打造教学的各个环节,才能真正保证教学目标的有效性。有效体育课堂教学,不但要求要重视课前的充分预设,而且要求教师能够依据新课程目标达成的理念,认真对待体育课堂教学目标的有机整合,从而最大限度的提高体育课堂有效教学的效率。
