目的探讨微信平台管理对乳腺癌患者术后同伴教育的影响。方法选取2014年5月至2015年5月广州医科大学附属肿瘤医院治疗后出院的100例乳腺癌患者,按入组顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者在常规延续护理基础上联合微信平台的同伴教育,连续干预6个月,对照组患者给予常规延续护理。采用生存质量问卷(QLQ-C30)评价患者生活质量,采用中文版Herth希望量表(HHI)评价患者希望水平,采用纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)评价患者主观幸福感。结果干预后,观察组患者QLQ-C30评分、HHI评分和MUNSH评分均显著高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论利用微信平台开展同伴教育,可显著提高乳腺癌患者术后生活质量、希望水平和幸福度。
Objective To explore the effect of WeChat platform management on postoperative companion education in breast cancer patients. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015, 100 cases of breast cancer patients who were discharged from the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were companioned with WeChat platform on the basis of routine follow-up care, and were continuously intervened for 6 months. Patients in the control group were given routine follow-up care. The quality of life of the patients was evaluated by QLQ-C30. HHI was used to evaluate the patients’ hope level. MUNSH was used to evaluate subjective well-being of the patients. Results After intervention, QLQ-C30 score, HHI score and MUNSH score in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (all P <0.05). Conclusions The use of WeChat platform to carry out peer education, can significantly improve the quality of life of postoperative patients with breast cancer, the level of hope and happiness.
