以苯酚和乙醛酸为原料,对对羟基苯乙酸制备中的缩合反应过程进行了研究.结果表明:碱液以和乙醛酸分开同时滴加为好;反应适宜温度为50℃;乙醛酸和苯酚的适宜摩尔比为1:1.5;搅拌速率在1600~2000转/分之间较好;反应时间以9~10小时为宜.
Phenol and glyoxylic acid were used as raw materials to study the condensation reaction of p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid. The results showed that the optimum reaction temperature was 50 ℃ for acetaldehyde The suitable molar ratio of acid to phenol is 1: 1.5; the stirring rate is preferably between 1600 and 2000 rpm; and the reaction time is preferably 9 to 10 hours.
