Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhea cases in Haidian District of Beijing from 2011 to 2015 and provide reference for making prevention and control measures. Methods Using descriptive epidemiological methods, case information was sourced from China Disease Prevention and Control Information System. In a sentinel surveillance hospital in Haidian District, stool specimens of patients with diarrhea in the gut clinic during 2011-2015 were collected, and common diarrhea virus (rotavirus, Norovirus) was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results A total of 25 230 cases of other infectious diarrhea cases were reported in Haidian District from 2011 to 2015, and the annual report incidence ranged from 107.18 / lakh to 188.63 / lakh, showing a declining trend year by year. <5,5 ~ and 60 ~ age group, the incidence of the top three. Diaspora reported the largest number of cases, accounting for 26.59% of all cases. Mainly in the summer onset, the largest number reported in June each year, the higher the incidence of migrant populations in more areas. A total of 572 samples of diarrhea were collected for rotavirus and norovirus detection, 144 were positive, the positive rate was 25.17%. Conclusion In the period from 2011 to 2015, diasporas in Haidian District of Beijing were the most frequently infected other diarrhea patients. In summer, the high incidence of infectious diarrhea occurred in children aged 16 and over. Only viral pathogenicity monitoring was conducted, which was not conducive to the guidance of prevention and control. .
