Chepad determination of paragonimiasis adult rabbit antigen serum using enzyme-labeled antigen convective immunoelectrophoresis showed that the dilution of enzyme-labeled antigen was highly sensitive at 1:80 with a serum dilution of 1: 2,043 and still showed a clear sedimentation zone. The positive rate of serum of 44 cases of paragonimiasis was 90.9% (40/44); 53 cases of paragonimiasis and 39 healthy people
