目的通过定期调查分析处方质量、不合理用药情况,及时反馈给全科医生,以提高处方质量、促进合理用药、确保患者用药安全。方法将该社区医疗卫生服务中心2009年1~3月处方随机抽取8900张进行质量调查分析、汇总。结果该社区医疗卫生服务中心处方不合格率为3.6%。存在问题主要是:处方书写不规范、禁忌证用药、配伍不合理、用药方法不当、老年人用药不当等。结论按处方管理办法经常分析处方质量,能消除或减少不合理处方,促进社区医疗合理用药。
OBJECTIVE Through regular investigation and analysis of the quality of prescriptions and irrational use of drugs, timely feedback to general practitioners to improve the quality of prescriptions and promote the rational use of drugs to ensure the safety of patients’ medication. Methods The community health service center from January to March 2009 prescription randomly selected 8900 quality analysis, summary. Results The community health service center had a prescription failure rate of 3.6%. The main problems are: prescription writing is not standardized, contraindications medication, unreasonable compatibility, improper medication, inappropriate medication for the elderly and so on. Conclusions Regular prescription quality analysis according to the prescription management method can eliminate or reduce unreasonable prescriptions and promote community medical reasonable medication.
