用小剂量白细胞介素2(IL 2),加细胞毒细胞分化因子(CCDF),激活淋巴因子诱导的细胞毒细胞(LICC)。结果发现:IL 2与CCDF在诱导LICC中有协同作用,CCDF不同于IL 2、IL 1。LICC对肿瘤细胞的杀伤无主要组织相容性复合体和组织来源的限制性,既能杀伤自然杀伤细胞(NK)敏感的靶细胞,也能杀伤与NK相抵抗的靶细胞,不损伤正常淋巴母细胞。不同NK活性小鼠中诱导的LICC无明显差别。LICC与L_(783)肿瘤细胞混合接种小鼠能明显延长患鼠的生存时间。
A low-dose interleukin 2 (IL 2) plus cytotoxic cell differentiation factor (CCDF) activates lymphokine-induced cytotoxic cells (LICC). It was found that IL 2 and CCDF have a synergistic effect in the induction of LICC, and CCDF is different from IL 2 and IL 1 . The killing of tumor cells by LICC is not limited by major histocompatibility complexes and tissue sources, and can kill both natural killer (NK)-sensitive target cells and target cells that are resistant to NK, without damaging normal lymphocytes. The mice inoculated with LICC and L_(783) tumor cells significantly prolonged the survival time of the mice.
