随着国际交往的日趋频繁,传统的近乎封闭和保守的大学英语“授—受”教学模式已经很难适应时代发展要求。多元文化时代语境下,教学不仅是一种系统,更是一种开放的流程。流程性动态教学以教育学、心理学为理论基础,突出“分级”与“动态”理念,以流程再造理论为突破口,以张扬教育与学生个性化教学和求知为目的,超越传统外语教学在应试教育背景中保守习惯性运作模式,构建具有个性化的大学外语教学新模式。
With the increasing frequency of international exchanges, the traditional near-confined and conservative College English teaching mode has been difficult to adapt to the requirements of the development of the times. Under the context of multiculturalism, teaching is not only a system but also an open process. Process dynamic teaching to pedagogy, psychology as the theoretical basis, highlight “classification ” and “dynamic ” concept, to the process of reengineering as a breakthrough point, in order to promote education and individualized teaching and learning for the purpose of students, beyond the traditional Foreign language teaching conservative habitual mode of operation in the exam-oriented education background, to build a new model of personalized foreign language teaching.
