目前国内企业应用的蜗轮滚刀有两种:外径增量滚刀和节圆直径增量滚刀,外径增量滚刀使用寿命短,已被大部分工业发达国家淘汰。节圆增量滚刀需在滚切蜗轮齿面时设定安装偏角和加工中心距,并且随着滚刀的刃磨,滚刀节圆减小,滚刀安装偏角和加工中心距也需再计算调整。不正确的安装偏角和加工中心距将导致蜗轮齿面误差。介绍了滚刀刃磨后计算上述两个机床参数的公式,分析了不正确机床参数引起的蜗轮齿面误差。通过单头和四头蜗轮蜗杆副的两个算例为读者揭示了蜗轮齿面误差的分布,由此提供了纠正机床参数误差的依据。
