ＩｇＡ肾病（ＩｇＡＮ）是以肾小球系膜区ＩｇＡ沉积为主，组织病理以系膜增生为主的肾小球肾炎，多见于儿童和青少年，是小儿血尿的重要原因。现就我科肾活检免疫组化检查确诊为ＩｇＡＮ１４例临床及病理特点作一分析。１资料与方法１．１病例选择：１９９４年１月～１９９８
