据有关人士透露,国务院已于最近正式批准了中国航空第一集团制造涡扇喷气支线客机 ARJ21的申请。观察家注意到,这是中国民机制造业在遭受重大挫折5年后的最新动作。不过,它是否说明中国航空制造业已经走出阴影,现在还很难说。因为,退一步说,即使中国人造出了支线客机,能不能卖出去还是个问题,美国(FAA)和欧盟(JAA)掌握着适航证的颁发,国外市场且不说,单单在国内,中国民航肯接受吗?
According to relevant sources, the State Council has recently formally approved the application of the China Aviation First Group to manufacture ARJ21, a turbofan regional jet aircraft. Observers noted that this is the latest move in the Chinese civil aircraft manufacturing industry after a major setback of five years. However, whether it shows that China’s aviation industry has come out of the shadows, it is still hard to say. Because, to say the least, even if China has created a regional airliner, whether it can be sold or not is a problem. The United States (FAA) and the European Union (JAA) hold the issue of airworthiness permits. The foreign markets do not say that they are solely domestic. Is China Civil Aviation willing to accept it?
