目的优选川射干种源材料。方法以来自6个产地的川射干居群为材料,分别以带须根和芽的老苗、侧芽为种源,三年采收,测定产量性状,用DPS软件统计分析。结果该试验6个川射干材料单株产根茎数目、根茎总重、单个根茎平均重、药材总重均表现出显著差异。以老苗为种源时,其根茎数量、根茎总重、单个根茎平均重、药材总重等性状均显著大于以侧芽为种源,二者的母根重差异不显著。结论川射干大田生产以当年生老苗为种源优于以侧芽为种源。
Objective Chuan Shegan source material. Methods The populations of C. chinensis from six producing areas were used as materials. The seedlings with the fibrous roots and buds and the lateral buds were taken as the provenance. The harvesting was conducted in three years. The yield traits were measured and analyzed by DPS software. Results The number of rhizomes, total rhizomes, average rhizome weight and total weight of six rhizomes were all significantly different in this experiment. When the old seedlings were used as provenances, the number of rhizomes, the total rhizomes, the average weight of individual rhizomes and the total weight of medicinal materials were significantly greater than those of lateral buds. Conclusion It is better that the annual shoots are used as the provenance in the shoot production in the field.
