采用激光光束的延迟位相分析法,研究了大功率CO_2激光束传输与聚焦时光束横截面的大小和光强分布的变换规律。采用大功率激光束光斑质量诊断仪测量了TLP6000型CO_2激光束在不同位置处横截面的大小和光强分布,理论分析与实际测量结果相吻合。根据延迟位相分析法,设计了在焦点附近获得最小的光强起伏变化的光学变换系统。
The laser beam phase-delay analysis method was used to study the transformation rules of the beam cross-section and the light intensity distribution during the transmission and focusing of the high-power CO_2 laser beam. The size and intensity distribution of the cross section of the TLP6000 CO_2 laser beam at different positions were measured by using a high power laser beam spot quality diagnostic apparatus. The theoretical analysis and the actual measurement results are in good agreement. According to the method of delayed phase analysis, an optical transformation system that obtains the least variation of the intensity of the light near the focal point is designed.
