本研究目的是在我国引进并验证这一新理论在中国环境下的有效性 .该项研究是在对企业高层领导进行访谈和问卷调查、并对访谈内容进行编码和量化处理基础上完成的 .实证研究结果表明 ,团队成员角色的明确、智力开发与魅力型领导与团队的有效性存在正向相关关系 .同时 ,领导者的职业成长历程、受教育程度和企业所处环境竞争激烈程度 ,对于这些相关关系的强弱有调节作用 .
The purpose of this study is to introduce and verify the validity of this new theory in China under the environment of China.The research was completed on the basis of interviews and questionnaires conducted by senior leaders of enterprises and coding and quantification of the interviews. The results of empirical research show that there is a positive correlation between the clear roles of team members, the development of intelligence and the effectiveness of charismatic leadership and the team.At the same time, the leader’s career growth, education level and the intense competition of the environment in which the enterprise is located, The strength of these relations have a regulatory role.
