国家“863”计划课题“抗虫转基因小麦”育种研究日前通过专家鉴定,标志着我国转基因小麦育种研究取得突破。我国是小麦生产大国,蚜虫病是小麦的主要害虫之一。特别是我国东部小麦主产区,蚜虫在取食时仅引起小麦的直接损失,而且蚜虫分泌一种粘液,能降低叶片的光和作用效率,其刺吸式口器刺入叶时,伤口给小麦传播多种病毒,造成损失。长期以来,我国小麦生产主要靠喷施杀虫剂,在杀死蚜虫的同时,杀虫剂也会消灭蚜虫的天敌等各类益虫,破坏生态环境。由河北大学朱宝成教授领导的“抗虫转基因小麦”课题组,选
