基于Pro/E和Division MockUp构建了液力变矩器虚拟装配过程仿真流程,论述了面向Divi-sion的虚拟装配模型转化方法和基于图论割集理论的装配顺序规划方法。建立了某综合式液力变矩器虚拟装配模型,进行了装配过程仿真和分析,结果表明所建仿真模型是合理的,提出的装配过程是可行的。
Based on Pro / E and Division MockUp, the simulation flow of the virtual assembly process of torque converter was built. The conversion method of virtual assembly model and the assembly sequence planning method based on graph theory cut set theory were discussed. The virtual assembly model of an integrated hydraulic torque converter was established and the assembly process simulation and analysis were carried out. The simulation results show that the simulation model is reasonable and the proposed assembly process is feasible.
