[目的]为鳜鱼种间杂交利用提供基础资料。[方法]对斑鳜♀×鳜♂杂交一代胚胎发育与仔稚鱼生长特征进行观察,分析不同杂交方式对杂种一代早期生长发育的影响。[结果]杂交F1受精卵卵径为(2.20±0.09)mm,在水温18~25℃下流水孵化,杂交F1经历卵裂期(7 h)、囊胚期(8 h)、原肠期(8 h)、神经胚期(4 h)、器官形成期(40 h),受精后67 h达到半数出膜。杂交F1初孵仔鱼全长为(4.12±0.12)mm,初孵至孵出后43 d全长日均增长率为1.03 mm。[结论]斑鳜♀×鳜♂杂交F1胚胎发育介于双亲之间,仔、稚鱼生长速度与父本接近。
[Objective] The aim was to provide the basic information for the interspecific hybridization of anchovy. [Method] The growth characteristics of hybrid F1 generation embryos and larvae were observed, and the effects of different hybridization methods on early growth and development of hybrid F1 generation were analyzed. [Result] The oviposition diameter of F1 fertilized egg was (2.20 ± 0.09) mm, and was hatched in flowing water at water temperature of 18 ~ 25 ℃. F1 of hybrid F1 experienced cleavage stage (7 h), blastocyst stage (8 h) 8 h), neuronal embryogenesis (4 h), organ formation (40 h), and half of embryos were culled at 67 h after fertilization. The total length of hybrid F1 newly hatched larvae was (4.12 ± 0.12) mm, and the average daily growth rate was 1.03 mm after the first hatching to 43 days after hatching. [Conclusion] The F1 embryos of F1 hybrid between F1 generation and F1 hybrids were between their parents, and the growth rates of young and juveniles were close to their male parents.
