开展标准化班组活动的根本目的是获得最佳的安全生产秩序和取得较好的经济效益。所以,开展安全生产标准化班组活动的关键,是以科学的标准为依据,使职工知道应该如何去做,怎样才算达到了标准。因此,制订标准要符合实际,有利于生产安全。通过两年的实践,我们按照这一精神全面推行了标准化班组建设,全厂412个生产班组,经检查验收合格的达241个,合格率为58.5％。抓班组建设促进了安全生产。安全生产标准化班组条件及评定标准既是标准化班组的条件,又是考核评比的标准。
The fundamental purpose of carrying out standardized team activities is to obtain the best safety production order and achieve better economic benefits. Therefore, the key to carrying out the work safety standardization team is based on scientific standards so that workers know how to do it and how they meet the standards. Therefore, the formulation of standards to be realistic, is conducive to production safety. Through two years of practice, we have fully implemented the standardization of team building in accordance with this spirit. The whole factory has 412 production teams and teams, which have passed the inspection and acceptance of up to 241 with a pass rate of 58.5%.
