为从根本上解决传统直驱风机系统的机械摩擦问题以有效提高风能利用率,提出直驱风力发电机径向二自由度磁悬浮支承方案,即采用径向二自由度混合磁轴承和机械轴承共同支承直驱风力发电机,采用等效磁路法对该混合磁轴承进行数学建模,并利用有限元分析软件对其进行参数设计及机理分析.在此基础上,搭建直驱风力发电机径向二自由度磁悬浮支承系统的数控平台进行试验,试验结果证明该磁悬浮支承方案的正确性和合理性.
