蓄电池是太阳能供电装置的重要部件。本文设计的蓄电池充放电保护,采用比较器、三极管、分流稳压器等电子器件代替单片机或芯片,降低了自身耗能。在充电保护电路中为防止充电电压过高、增加了稳压支路;在放电保护中增加滞回电路解决了一般放电保护中振荡造成的电池损坏,使充放电保护功能更完善。实验结果表明:该电路简单、易行,充放电保护动作正确、可靠,适合在维护不便的远程无线传感器网络监测中应用。
The battery is an important part of the solar power supply. This design of the battery charge and discharge protection, the use of comparators, transistors, shunt regulators and other electronic devices instead of single-chip or chip, reducing its own energy consumption. In the charging protection circuit to prevent the charging voltage is too high, an increased voltage branch; increase in the discharge protection hysteresis circuit to solve the general discharge protection of the battery caused by oscillation damage, the charge and discharge protection more perfect. The experimental results show that the circuit is simple, easy to operate, charge and discharge protection is correct and reliable, and suitable for remote wireless sensor network monitoring with inconvenient maintenance.
