本文简要介绍了预冷纯化系统的重要性,对一般空分装置的除杂、预冷系统性能的设计、纯化系统的吸附原理及设计、吸附剂量的计算以及吸附器的形式加以详尽阐述。随着深冷技术的发展,空分流程分系统设计的理念越来越受到广大技术人员的认同,而空分设备预冷和纯化系统在成套流程中有举足轻重的作用,所以组织设计合理的预冷纯化系统不仅可以满足流程需要,还可以使成套装置的投资与运行费用保持较好的合理性与经济性,这对于设计人员来说尤为重要,同时这也是空分装置稳定运行的首要条件。 This article briefly introduced the importance of precooling purification system, elaborated the impurity removal of general air separation plant, the design of precooling system performance, adsorption principle and design of purification system, the calculation of adsorbent dosage and the form of adsorber. With the development of cryogenic technology, the concept of air separation process sub-system design is more and more recognized by the majority of technicians, and the pre-cooling and purification system of air separation plant plays a decisive role in the complete process. Therefore, The cold purification system can not only meet the needs of the process, but also make the investment and operation cost of the complete set of equipment reasonable and economical. This is especially important for the designers, and it is also the primary condition for the stable operation of the air separation unit.
