在商品化生产的菇类中,草菇是唯一能耐高温和生长周期最短的菇种,也是生物学效率最低的种类。由于草菇的生产区域、生产季节限制较大,栽培方式方法也较粗放,仍停留在较原始和低水平上重复,致使转化率低,产量上不去,产销脱节,缺口很大。因上,如何提高其生物学效率,是草菇生产中亟待解决的课题。这里,将我们试验和栽培实践中的一些认识,谈谈提高草菇产量的思路和技术措施,供读者参考。
Of the commercially produced mushrooms, straw mushrooms are the only mushrooms that are able to withstand high temperatures and shortest growth cycles, and are also the least biologically efficient species. Due to the straw mushroom production area, the production season is more restrictive and the methods of cultivation are also more extensive. It still stays at the original and the low level, resulting in low conversion rate, unmanageable output, disjointed production and marketing, and a large gap. Because of the above, how to improve its biological efficiency is an urgent problem in straw mushroom production. Here, we will experiment and cultivation practices in some understanding, to talk about ways to improve straw production ideas and technical measures for readers reference.
