目的比较杜邦BAX System Q7全自动病原菌检测系统(BAX系统)和传统国家标准法(GB)检测生食水产品中副溶血性弧菌的效果,为快速而准确检测副溶血性弧菌提供依据。方法采用BAX系统检测84份水产品中的副溶血性弧菌,同时进行GB法检测。结果 2种检测方法的检测结果基本一致,副溶血性弧菌的检测符合率为100%。传统细菌培养法检出18株副溶血性弧菌,阳性率为21.43%,BAX实时荧光定量PCR法检出20株副溶血性弧菌,阳性率为23.81%。经统计学分析,2种检测方法差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.86,P>0.05)。结论 BAX System Q7全自动病原菌检测系统对副溶血性弧菌的鉴定准确、快速、简单,适用于食品及应对突发事件中副溶血性弧菌的快速筛检。
Objective To compare the efficacy of DuPont BAX System Q7 automatic pathogen detection system (BAX system) and traditional national standard method (GB) in the detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in raw aquatic products, and to provide a basis for rapid and accurate detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Methods 84 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected by BAX system and tested by GB method. Results The detection results of the two methods were basically the same, the detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 100%. 18 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected by traditional bacterial culture method, the positive rate was 21.43%, 20 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected by BAX real-time PCR, the positive rate was 23.81%. After statistical analysis, there was no significant difference between the two methods (χ2 = 0.86, P> 0.05). Conclusion BAX System Q7 automatic pathogen detection system for the identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus accurate, fast and simple, suitable for food and rapid screening of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in response to emergencies.
