我院近年来对临床诊断明确的8例再生障碍性贫血患者进行了以体外反搏为主的治疗措施,获得了较好的效果,现报告如下:8例患者男3例、女5例;年龄15～39岁之间;急性1例,慢性7例。入院初Hb40～70g/L,平均53g/L;PC 46～70×10~9/L,平均57.5×10~9/L。骨髓增生活跃5例,减低3例。治疗方法:药物:雄性激素糖皮质激素、间断输血等;反搏治疗:应用上海延中医疗器械厂产四肢序贯式反搏机每日反搏1次,每次60min,压力0.35～0.40kg/cm~2,12次为1疗程,平均2疗程。
