在我国石油行业中,开采出的原油多为典型的“三高”原油(高含蜡、高凝点、高含胶质沥青质),而原油储罐是原油储藏和转运的重要设施,根据金属油罐储藏原油的温度要求,储罐储油温度要高于原油凝固点3—5℃。因此原油储罐的储油温度直接决定能源消耗的多少,本文就针对如何保持在原油储罐的温度在最佳状况下运行进行了研究,为高效节能储油提供了较好的依据。
In China’s oil industry, most of the crude oil extracted is typical “three-high” crude oil (high wax content, high pour point and high content of asphaltene), while crude oil storage tank is an important facility for storage and transportation of crude oil , According to the temperature of the metal tank storage of crude oil, storage tank temperature is higher than the freezing point of crude oil 3-5 ℃. Therefore, the storage temperature of the crude oil storage tank directly determines the amount of energy consumption. This paper studies how to keep the temperature of the crude oil storage tank operating under the best conditions and provides a good basis for efficient energy-saving oil storage.
