目的研究玉米须水煎剂及粗多糖对老年小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法用称重法测定小鼠胸腺指数,间接荧光免疫法测量脾脏T淋巴细胞亚群,放射免疫测定法测量血清IL-2含量。以玉米须水煎剂及粗多糖灌胃老年小鼠30 d,观测其对老年小鼠上述指标的影响。结果老年小鼠模型组胸腺指数下降,脾脏T淋巴细胞亚群比例失调,血清IL-2含量下降;与老年小鼠模型组比较,药物治疗组胸腺指数升高,脾脏T淋巴细胞亚群比例由失衡恢复到平衡,血清IL-2含量提高。玉米须水煎剂与粗多糖对上述指标的影响无差别。结论玉米须有恢复老年小鼠细胞免疫功能的作用,玉米须水煎剂中发挥免疫增强作用的成份为粗多糖。
Objective To study the effect of corn water decoction and crude polysaccharide on cellular immune function in aged mice. Methods The thymus index of mice was measured by weighing method, and the T lymphocyte subsets of spleen were measured by indirect fluorescence immunoassay. Serum IL-2 levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. The mice were treated with corn water decoction and crude polysaccharide for 30 days, and the effects of the above indexes on the aged mice were observed. Results The thymus index decreased, the proportion of T lymphocyte subsets in the spleen was deregulated, and serum IL-2 levels decreased in the old mouse model group. Compared with the aged mouse model group, the thymus index increased in the drug treatment group, and the proportion of T lymphocyte subsets in the spleen was increased. The imbalance returned to equilibrium and serum IL-2 levels increased. Corn water decoction and crude polysaccharide had no effect on the above indicators. Conclusion Maize is required to restore the cellular immune function of aged mice. The component that exerts immunopotentiation in corn water decoction is crude polysaccharide.
