目的 观察碘化N 正丁基氟哌啶醇 (N n butylhaloperidoliodide,F2 )对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支 ,制成急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,缺血前 5min ,舌下静脉推注F2 ,观察在急性缺血和再灌注状态下血流动力学的变化。实验结束时测量心肌梗死面积。结果 F2 能剂量依赖地改善大鼠心肌缺血再灌注后的血流动力学变化 ,SP、DP、AP、LVSP、LVDP、LVAP、±dp/dtmax均较缺血再灌注对照组及溶剂组升高 ,HR、LVEDP有所降低 ;同时可减少心肌梗死面积。结论 F2 对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用
Objective To observe the protective effect of Nn butylhaloperidiodiodiodide (F2) on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods The left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated to make a model of acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Five minutes before ischemia, F2 was injected into the sublingual vein to observe the changes of hemodynamics under acute ischemia and reperfusion. Myocardial infarct size was measured at the end of the experiment. Results F2 could ameliorated the hemodynamic changes of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in a dose-dependent manner. The levels of SP, DP, AP, LVSP, LVDP, LVAP and ± dp / dtmax were significantly higher than those of ischemia-reperfusion control group and solvent group High, HR, LVEDP decreased; at the same time can reduce the area of myocardial infarction. Conclusion F2 has a protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury
