白扁豆为豆科植物扁豆的白色干燥成熟种子。其传统的炮制方法是:取生白扁豆,置锅中用文火清炒至表面微黄色具焦斑,取出放凉。
White lentils are white dry mature seeds of leguminous lentils. The traditional method of concoction is: take the white beans, set the pot and gently fry until the surface is yellow with focal spots, remove and let cool.
