当前督导工作注重常规的教学检查,教学的引导。而将人性化的督导管理理念,纳入督导系列,加强三级督导——院级督导、系部督导、班级信息员全方位的督导研究甚少。本文探讨由检查型督导向服务型督导的转变,督察性评价向发展性评价的转变;完善院、系部、学生信息员三级教学督导体制;加强教师自我督导意识。找出民办高职院校教学督导的深化与创新问题的解决途径。
At present, the supervisory work pays great attention to the regular teaching inspection and instruction. However, the concept of humanized supervision and management has been incorporated into the series of supervision and the three-level supervision has been enhanced. There is little research on the supervision of all levels of college-level supervision, department supervision and class information personnel. This article explores the transition from inspection-based supervision to service-oriented supervision and the transition from the supervision-oriented evaluation to the developmental evaluation. It also improves the three-level teaching supervision system of faculty, departments and student information workers, and strengthens teachers’ awareness of self-supervision.
