目的:探讨不同来源黄芩提取物解热药效差异;方法:建立干酵母致大鼠发热动物模型,观察不同来源黄芩提取物对发热大鼠直肠温度的影响;结果:不同产地的黄芩提取物(水提、醇提)均表现出明显的解热作用(P<0.05);在整个实验过程中,各个产地的黄芩醇提物均较同产地的水提物表现出较优的解热作用(P<0.05);各个产地的黄芩水提物的解热作用均与临床常用剂量的阿司匹林作用相当(P>0.05);不同产地的黄芩提取物相比较,来自于河北的黄芩醇提物较其它两个产地的醇提物解热作用更有优势(P<0.05)。结论:产地为河北的黄芩醇提物较其它各组提取物表现出明显的解热作用优势。
Objective: To investigate the difference of antipyretic efficacy of Astragalus membranaceus extracts from different sources. Methods: To establish animal model of rat febrile induced by dry yeast and observe the effects of different sources of Astragalus extract on rectal temperature in rats with fever. Results: Astragalus membranaceus extract from different origins ( Water extraction and alcohol extraction all showed obvious antipyretic effects (P<0.05); during the whole experiment, the ethanol extracts of Astragalus membranaceus from various producing areas showed better antipyretic effects than the water extracts from the same origin ( P<0.05); The antipyretic effects of Astragalus membranaceus aqueous extracts from all producing areas were comparable to those of commonly used clinical doses of aspirin (P>0.05); Compared with other origins of Astragalus membranaceus extracts, the ethanol extracts from Astragalus membranaceus from Hebei Province were more than others. The antipyretic effects of the alcohol extracts from two producing areas were more advantageous (P<0.05). Conclusion: The ethanol extract of Scutellaria baicalensis from Hebei Province has obvious antipyretic effect compared with other groups.
