在学校整体工作中,我们始终坚持突出“三个中心”。即:在学校所有工作中,坚持以教学为中心;在教学工作中,坚持以课堂教学为中心;在课堂教学的双边活动中,坚持以学生为中心。多年来,我们一直紧紧抓住这“三个中心”不放。第一,我们试行了辅导员制。在全校范围内,选聘那些责任心强、经验丰富、有能力,善管理的教师担任辅导员,并制定了一整套管理制度。保证正常的教学秩序,保证日常工作的顺利进行。我们要求辅导员全方位,多层次地开展好各项工作。不但要抓教学,还要管育人;不但负责课内,还要负责课外;不但负责住宿生,还要负责走读生。真正成为学生的良师益友,成为连接和沟通学校与学生之间的纽带和桥梁。
In the overall work of the school, we always stick to the “three centers.” Namely: in all the work in school, adhere to the teaching as the center; in the teaching work, adhere to the classroom teaching as the center; in the classroom teaching of bilateral activities, adhere to the student as the center. Over the years, we have been grasping the “three centers” tightly. First, we piloted a counselor system. In the whole school, the selection of those responsible, experienced, capable and well-managed teachers as counselors, and developed a set of management system. To ensure normal teaching order, to ensure the smooth progress of daily work. We require counselors to carry out various tasks in all aspects and at various levels. Not only to grasp the teaching, but also to educate people; not only responsible for the class, but also responsible for extra-curricular; not only responsible for boarding students, but also responsible for students. Truly become mentors and teachers of students, become the link and bridge between schools and students.
