Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of skin temperature measurement in thermal comfort studies, a method of measuring skin temperature using a novel thermometer based on a thin film platinum resistance (Pt1000) sensor is proposed. The thermometer solders the sensor on a printed circuit board to eliminate leads In order to determine the suitable thickness of the substrate, a steady-state heat transfer model was established. The simulation results show that the substrate with the thickness of 0.2mm can effectively avoid the influence of air, and at the same time, The skin under the substrate will cause a significant temperature rise.Experimental results show that the maximum measurement error of the thermometer is 0.24 ℃ and the average measurement error is only 0.04 ℃ when the skin temperature is measured. Therefore, this method is an effective and reliable method, Comfortable study of the skin temperature measurement method.
