链丝菌素(Streptothricin)类(简称 ST类,亦称N-糖苷类)抗生素是一类具有广谱抗菌活性的碱性水溶性抗生素。 从1942年Waksman等分离出第一个ST类抗生素链丝菌素(后称为StreptothricinF)以来,陆续找到了大量的含β-赖氨酸或甘氨酸(及其衍生物)的ST类抗生素。 由于这类抗生素的绝大多数具有延缓毒性,故未见有临床应用方面的报道,因此,在筛选过程中设法尽早识别并排除它们,显得十分必要。现根据我们的实际经验并结合文献报道综合其理化特征如下。
Streptothricin (referred to as ST class, also known as N-glycosides) antibiotics are a class of broad-spectrum antibacterial activity of alkaline water-soluble antibiotics. Since Waksman et al. (1942) isolated the first ST class antibiotic streptozotocin (hereinafter referred to as StreptothricinF), a large number of ST antibiotics containing β-lysine or glycine (and their derivatives) have been successively found. Since the vast majority of these antibiotics have delaying toxicity, no clinical application has been reported and it is therefore necessary to try to identify and eliminate them as early as possible during the screening process. Now according to our actual experience combined with the literature to synthesize its physical and chemical characteristics are as follows.
