以Cu-3.5Ni-3.5Al为对象,研究时效处理对其导电率和硬度的影响。结果表明,经450℃×4 h时效处理后,合金中Ni_3Al相的数量达到最多,Cu-Ni-Al合金的电导率和硬度都大幅度提高。
Cu-3.5Ni-3.5Al as the object, to study the aging treatment on the conductivity and hardness. The results show that after aging at 450 ℃ for 4 h, the amount of Ni 3 Al phase in the alloy reaches the maximum, and the conductivity and hardness of the Cu-Ni-Al alloy increase greatly.
