目的:考察黄芩苷温度敏感眼用原位凝胶对家兔眼刺激性及在家兔眼结膜囊中消除动力学研究。方法:采用家兔自身对照法考查凝胶的刺激性;采用滤纸条法研究家兔泪液中药物的消除动力学。结果:原位凝胶单次、多次给药后对家兔的眼睛均无刺激作用且显著提高AUC,延长眼部滞留。结论:所研制的黄芩苷眼用温度敏感原位凝胶符合眼部应用要求,体现出良好的眼部应用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the irritant properties of baicalin gels and its elimination kinetics in rabbits eye conjunctival sac. METHODS: Rabbit’s own control method was used to test the irritation of the gel. The filter paper method was used to study the elimination kinetics of the drug in rabbit tear. Results: In situ gel in single or multiple doses did not stimulate the eyes of rabbits and significantly increased AUC and prolonged ocular retention. Conclusion: The developed baicalin in situ temperature-sensitive in situ gel meets the requirements of eye application and shows a good prospect of eye application.
