以浙江大学艺术与考古博物馆工程为例,介绍了二次后浇墙概况,分析了二次后浇墙的施工难点,并提出了应对措施。具体阐述了二次后浇墙的关键施工技术,通过工艺优化与措施改进,加快了二次后浇墙的施工进度。同时,采用附着式混凝土振动机,较好地避免了混凝土表面容易产生蜂窝麻面的现象,解决了大面积二次后浇墙的施工难题,对类似工程施工具有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking the project of Art and Archeology Museum of Zhejiang University as an example, this paper introduces the general situation of the secondary backwatering wall, analyzes the construction difficulties of the secondary backwatering wall and puts forward the countermeasures. Concretely expounds the key construction technology of the secondary post-pouring wall, and accelerates the construction progress of the secondary post-pouring wall through process optimization and measures improvement. At the same time, the use of attached concrete vibrator, the concrete surface to avoid the phenomenon of easy to produce honeycomb surface, to solve the construction of large area after the second pouring wall construction, similar to the construction of a certain reference.
