以高密度聚乙烯树脂评定其熔体质量流动速率测量不确定度的来源,依据JJF1059—1999对熔体流动速率测试过程中的测量不确定度分量进行了分析和评定。该测量过程中所产生的不确定度主要由测量重复性和标准物质的不确定度所决定。高密度聚乙烯树脂熔体质量流动速率测量结果的扩展不确定度为0.12g/10min。
According to JJF1059-1999, the component of measurement uncertainty in the melt flow rate testing process was analyzed and evaluated with high density polyethylene resin as the source of the uncertainty of measurement of melt mass flow rate. The uncertainty generated during this measurement is mainly determined by the measurement repeatability and the uncertainty of the reference material. The expanded uncertainty of the measurement of melt mass flow rate for high density polyethylene resin is 0.12 g / 10 min.
