Aiming at the DOA estimation problem of wideband signal, a new DOA estimation algorithm for wideband signals with approximate l_0 norm constraints is proposed in sparse framework. Firstly, the wideband signal is preprocessed to obtain the received data at the same reference frequency point, and then the covariance matrix elements are summed and averaged to obtain a low-dimensional observation vector which is sparsely expressed in a sparse framework. Finally, Truncate l_1 function to set the weights and construct a sparse reconstruction method approximating the l_0 norm constraint, and then reconstruct the signal to get the DOA estimation of the wideband signal. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional DOA estimation algorithm for wideband signal, the proposed algorithm has higher resolution and accuracy.
