目的建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法同时测定柴胡中17种元素含量的分析方法,为进一步开展柴胡中元素含量与其功效的研究提供参考。方法用湿式消化方法处理柴胡样品,用ICP-AES法测定样品中K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Na、Al、Sr、Zn、Cr、Mn、Li、Cu、Ni、La、Pb、Se和Cd 17种元素。结果除了Ca、Fe、Cr、La、Pb和Se,其他元素线性相关系数r≥0.999,线性关系良好;检出限在0.000 343 mg/kg~0.345 mg/kg;相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.17%~4.98%;加标回收率为98.5%~104.6%;柴胡中元素含量从高到低依次为K>Ca>Mg>Fe>Na>Al>Sr>Zn>Cr>Mn>Li>Cu>Ni>La>Pb>Se>Cd。结论本方法可用于检测中药柴胡中多种元素,且测定结果较为满意。
OBJECTIVE To establish an analytical method for simultaneous determination of 17 elements in Bupleurum chinensis by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and to provide references for further study on the elemental content and its efficacy in Bupleurum chinense. Methods The samples of Bupleurum chinense were treated by wet digestion and the contents of K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Na, Al, Sr, Zn, Cr, Mn, Li, Cu, Ni, La, Pb and Se were determined by ICP-AES Cd 17 kinds of elements. Results The linear correlation coefficients of other elements except Ca, Fe, Cr, La, Pb and Se were r≥0.999, and the linearity was good. The detection limit was between 0.000 343 mg / kg and 0.345 mg / kg. The relative standard deviation (RSD) % ~ 4.98%, and the recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 98.5% to 104.6%. The contents of elements in Chaihu from high to low were K> Ca> Mg> Fe> Na> Al> Sr> Zn> Cr> Mn> Li> Cu > Ni> La> Pb> Se> Cd. Conclusion This method can be used to detect a variety of elements in Radix Bupleuri, and the results are satisfactory.
