本文通过用二维断屑槽加工1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的断屑试验,得出了极限进给量和极限切削深度的经验公式。并分析了主偏角、槽宽、刀尖圆弧半径、切削速度等因素对切屑折断界限的影响规律。同时,在试验的基础上推出了切屑折断的判别式。这可供用二维槽型刀片加工不锈钢时,判断切屑是否折断或根据加工条件选择合适的刀片时参考。
In this paper, the empirical formula of the limit feed rate and the limit depth of cut was obtained by the chip breaking test of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel with two-dimensional chip breakers. The influences of the main deflection angle, the groove width, the radius of the tool nose, the cutting speed and other factors on the chip breaking limit were analyzed. At the same time, based on the test, the discriminant of chip breaking is introduced. This can be used when machining stainless steel with two-dimensional grooved inserts, judging whether the chips are broken or when selecting the suitable insert according to the processing conditions.
