调速、调压、直流电源等工业控制电路一般采用如图1所示的闭环系统。在此类系统中,比例积分调节器(PI调节器)是很重要的电路单元。PI调节器的主要作用是缩短调整时间,改善系统的动态特性,捉高系统的稳态指标。本文介绍的KJTQM调节器模块属二次集成器件,该模块与目前使用的分立器件或通用集成电路构成的PI调节器相比,具有体积小、重量轻、可靠性高等优点。该调节器模块可与各种单相、三相全控桥触发电路以及单相或三相半控桥触发电路配合构成闭环控制系统。
Speed control, voltage regulation, DC power supply and other industrial control circuits generally use the closed-loop system shown in Figure 1. In such systems, proportional integral regulator (PI regulator) is a very important circuit unit. The main function of PI regulator is to shorten the adjustment time, improve the dynamic characteristics of the system, and catch the steady state index of the system. This article describes the KJTQM regulator module is a secondary integrated device, the module with the discrete devices used in current or general-purpose integrated circuit PI regulator compared with the small size, light weight, high reliability. The regulator module with a variety of single-phase, three-phase full-bridge trigger circuit and single-phase or three-phase half-bridge trigger circuit with a closed-loop control system.
